Resorts offer Easter options for dining

Las Vegas restaurants will feature a plethora of Easter dining choices.
CAESARS PALACE will entice with strolling Easter Bunnies greeting guests and handing out chocolate coins.
Cafe Roma (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Primavera (5:30-10:30 p.m.), Palatium Buffet (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.), Palace Court (6-11 p.m.) and Neros (5:30-10:30 p.m.) restaurants will feature an array of Easter menus. Prices range from moderate for the buffets ($13.95, $17.95 or $19.95) to expensive in the fine restaurants ($49.50, $49.95 or $95).
Reservations are requested at Primavera, Neros and Palace Court.
AT THE MGM, the Brown Derby will offer its Grand Champagne Brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tre Visi/La Scala will offer Easter dishes such as potato dumplings with crawfish and truffles, spring lamb and a sweet Easter cake with dessert wine.
Coyote Cafe will feature leg of lamb ($12.50) or chile-honey glazed country ham ($9.95). The Coyote Grill Room will offer a three-course, price-fixed menu ($24) that includes a choice of soup or salad, a choice of entree, dessert and coffee or tea.
PALACE STATION'S Easter specials will be served in The Broiler ($12.95-$21.95) from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. A shrimp cocktail is included with entrees.
The Feast "Action" Buffet will serve champagne brunch 7-10 a.m. for $6.99 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $7.99.
A Mexican Easter brunch ($9.95) is available in the Guadalajara Bar & Grille from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Pasta Palace will offer a choice of three Easter menus for $8.95.
The Iron Horse Cafe will offer a number of traditional Easter specials from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $7.95. Prime rib will be available for $8.95.
