The Clark County Heritage Museum, 1830 S. Boulder Highway in Henderson, will present its eighth invitational Native American Arts Festival from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 4-6.
The festival highlights the history and artistry of American Indian cultures. Activities include artists demonstrating how their art is made; dance, drama and music performances on the museum's outdoor stage; and educational talks and videos in the historic railroad depot lecture hall.
An outdoor craft market will feature more than 40 vendors with Indian arts, crafts and foods for sale to the public; a craft project area for children; and a raffle with Indian art as prizes.
A special exhibit, "Healing From the Land: American Indian Herbal Medicine," will be on display.
Admission to the museum and festival is $1.50, $1 for children and seniors. For more information, call 455-7955.
