8 a.m. - Assembly Judiciary on changes to state Parole Board. Work session on court fees, aid to crime victims, provisions for witness support, increasing judges in Las Vegas, fees for criminal history records and limiting civil liability for horse injuries.
8 a.m. - Senate Commerce and Labor on various requirements for real estate sales and requirements for engineers and land surveyors.
8 a.m. - Senate Finance on appropriation to Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services program, budget hearings for SIIS, Department of Business and Industry and Department of the Military.
8:30 a.m. - Senate Judiciary hears presentation by officials of Rights of Passage regarding gang violence, reviews bill barring teachers from having sex with students.
11 a.m. - Senate and Assembly floor sessions.
1:30 p.m. - Senate Transportation on provisions for motor vehicle manufacturers, distributors or factories, DMV report on insurance verification.
1:30 p.m. - Assembly Transportation on changes to drivers' licenses for those under 18, revising provisions for operating motor vehicles.
3:45 p.m. - Assembly Elections subcommittee on disclosing the names of persons or organizations that conduct persuasive polls.
3:45 p.m. - Assembly Labor on certification of insurers for industrial insurance and enforcement of claims for wages for those unable to afford attorneys.
