Salute to Seniors scheduled

The 10th annual "Salute to Seniors" show is scheduled for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
No tickets are necessary for the free event sponsored by the Nate Mack B'nai B'rith.
B.J. "Burt" Black, founder and chairman of the event, said admission and parking are free for the show that will feature about 200 booths with giveaways and services. There also will be free entertainment.
The event is expected to generate more than $40,000 for local charities.
Co-sponsors of this year's event include KLAS Channel 8, KORK 920-AM, KNUU 970-AM, Senior Spectrum newspaper, ShowBiz magazine and the SUN.
