Man to face murder charges
Thursday, June 26, 1997 | 11:48 a.m.
Justice of the Peace John Kadlic on Wednesday ruled there is enough evidence for Willie Clifton Carter to enter a plea in District Court for the June 8 killing of Earl Charles Felsted.
Carter, who turns 47 next week, is accused of stabbing Felsted, 63, after the victim reportedly hurled racial and obscene slurs at him.
