StumbleLetter: Stop the constant spilling of our precious water supply

As a tenant at the Meadows Mobile Home Park, each day I see water running down the gutter for hours on end.
I understand the city of Las Vegas has a water watchdog team. I think it's time the water-wasters be put in their place.
Let's all pitch in to save water -- one of our most precious life-sustaining resources.
