* BOXING -- SB274. Requires promoters of wrestling and boxing to increase fees that will go toward amateur boxing contests.
* CLONE PHONES -- SB265. Increases penalties for people who unlawfully obtain mobile phone service.
* NOXIOUS WEEDS -- AB327. Revises provisions concerning control of noxious weeds.
* BONDS -- SB348. Authorizes revenue bonds by Department of Business and Industry for project of public benefit corporation.
* HIGHWAYS -- SB353. Allows counties to establish a fund from vehicle taxes to purchase property adversely affected by highway construction.
* SECURITIES -- SB358. Changes provisions governing transfers of securities. Extends regulation of securities exchanges.
* TRAFFIC -- SB366. Revises provisions governing payment of fines for certain traffic violations before registration of motor vehicle is renewed.
* MALPRACTICE -- AB427. Changes limit of time within which actions for malpractice may be commenced against accountants, accounting firms, attorneys and veterinarians.
* MEDICAL LEAVE -- AB62. Revises provisions on unpaid family and medical leave for state employees.
* ENVIRONMENT -- AB71. Revises definition of "utility facility" for the purposes of the Utility Environmental Protection Act.
* PURCHASING -- AB213. Raises threshold for requiring formal contracts for purchases by the state.
* AGRICULTURE - AB219. Appropriates $270,000 to Division of Agriculture of Department of Business and Industry for equipment and repairs on weights and measures program and veterinary medicine program.
* FIRE MARSHAL -- AB226. Appropriates $110,000 for purchase of vehicles for state fire marshal division of DMV.

* PUBLIC LANDS -- AB452. Defines "trust lands" for purpose of selling state lands and authorizing payments from state permanent school fund for unlocated land warrants. To governor.
* INSURANCE -- AB548. Revises provisions that prospectively authorizes private carriers to issue policies of industrial insurance. To governor.
* WILDLIFE -- AB573. Authorizes board of wildlife commissioners to accept sealed bids for or to auction certain number of wild turkey tags each year. To governor.
* BUSINESS -- SB297. Makes changes concerning business organization, operation and merger. Assembly amendment concurred in. To governor.
* RETIREMENT -- SB36. Requires public employees' retirement system to study feasibility of funding plan for judicial pensions on actuarial reserve basis. To Assembly.
* INDUSTRIAL -- SB105. Makes changes relating to industrial insurance. To Assembly.
* WATER -- SB302. Revises various provisions on capital improvements to community water systems. To Assembly.
* LIVESTOCK -- SB465. Establishes minimum rate of annual special tax on specified classes of livestock. To Assembly.
* MOTOR VEHICLES -- AB36. Makes changes to provisions on system for verifying proof of financial responsibility of owners of motor vehicles. To Assembly.
* PUBLIC LAND -- AJR8. Urges Congress to enact Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1997. To Assembly.
* DRUG ABUSE -- SB115. Revises provisions on priorities for allocation of money received by the bureau from the tax on certain liquor. Assembly amendment concurred in. To governor.
* BUSINESS -- SB260. Requires Department of Business and Industry to conduct study relating to sale of residential property. Assembly amendment concurred in. To governor.
