twitterBoy dies in jet ski accident at Tahoe

South Lake Tahoe Police said the boat driver was headed toward the El Dorado boat ramp when it was struck by the jet ski around 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The boat operator looked behind and saw the teen in the water and was able to pull him onto the boat, where he and others tried to revive him, authorities said.
The teen was taken to Barton Memorial Hospital and later pronounced dead.
An investigation continued, and authorities say they do not know if the accident was alcohol related.
The names of those involved were not immediately released.
