He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Freed of Las Vegas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Helen Howe of Sacramento, Calif., and Mark and Rebecca Freed of Las Vegas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Christ Church Episcopal, 2000 S. Maryland Parkway. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
