Borders, who made her professional debut last Saturday, was the fourth of five Saints pitchers on Tuesday. She came on in the sixth inning with the Explorers leading 6-2 and allowed one earned run with one strikeout.
She also struggled in her debut at Sioux Falls, S.D., facing three batters and giving up three earned runs without getting an out as the Canaries went on to win 11-1.
