Museum addition bids high, plan goes back to architect

MGM Construction Co. of Salt Lake City was low at $1.29 million, the Elko Daily Free Press reported.
The Northeastern Nevada Historical Society board turned over the bids to architect Craig Bybee for his recommendation.
The 8,000 square foot expansion would house a permanent exhibition of 200 animal mounts donated by Jack and Frances Wanamaker of Burbank, Calif.
