* REVENUES: Annual revenues exceed $3.5 billion.
* EARNINGS: On May 19, the company reported record net income for its second quarter of $6 million and record revenue of more than $1 billion.
* PUBLICLY TRADED: On Nasdaq exchange. Symbol: MICA
* RECENT STOCK PRICE: Monday's close: $18.875, up 75 cents on trading of 278,000 shares.
