Southern Nevadans will have a chance to testify Tuesday on a bill to eliminate the Clark County Family Court.
The legislative teleconference is set for 8 a.m. in Room 442 of the Sawyer State Office Building at Las Vegas Boulevard North and Washington Avenue.
Assemblyman Morse Arberry, D-Las Vegas, has sponsored the bill in response to massive complaints about the court.
