StumbleTeen victim identified in Vegas incident

Police say the victim had been a passenger in a vehicle driven by a female acquaintance.
The woman pulled to the curb intending to go inside to pick up her children from her ex-husband while the victim remained in the car, police said.
As the female began to exit the car, a suspect, described only as a male wearing a blue bandana over his face, appeared at the passenger door and shot the victim several times.
