The rally is in support of employees of ARK Restaurants Corp.
ARK workers are attempting to unionize, but the company is refusing to recognize the union until an election is held.
ARK is a subcontractor that operates several restaurants and room service at New York-New York.
There are projections the rally will draw 8,000 to 10,000 Culinary members and supporters.
