How the Clark County School Board voted Thursday to pay for school construction and rehabilitation:

* $232,072 to Pace Contracting Co., for change orders on construction at Keller Middle School. The seven items total $58,830 for changes due to design deficiencies; $17,879 in requests made by the school district planning and engineering department; and $155,362 in changes levied post-bid by the Clark County Department of Public Works and the Las Vegas Valley Water District.

* $11,266 to PM Mechanical for a change order to the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning work at Lincoln Elementary School. The change order, which covered the replacement of rusted and leaking chilled and heating water branch lines that serve unit ventilators for six classrooms and the multipurpose room, was the result of site conditions.
