He is survived by one son, Reginald Shipman of Tujunga, Calif.; two daughters, Susan Johnson of Las Vegas, and Janet Maliko of Amarillo, Texas; one brother, John Shipman of Duncan, Okla.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until 3 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
