He is survived by his wife, Wanda A.; one daughter, Penni Simpson of Las Vegas; three sons, Gary Simpson of Pueblo, Colo., and Timothy Simpson and Zane Simpson, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Sue Zupanzic of Kansas City, Mo., and Bea Frisbie of Lake of the Ozark, Mo.; one brother, Billy Joe Simpson of Cheraw, Colo.; and six grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
