He is survived by his wife, Valerie; his parents, Ernest and Alice Douglas of Alabama; two sons, Anthony of California, and Mike of Kentucky; and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be 2:15 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
