He is survived by his wife, Joan; one daughter, Vicki Belanger of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Gerard Belanger of Port Orange, Fla., and Robert Belanger of Daytona Beach, Fla.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
