He is survived by his wife, Jean E.; one son, Joseph J. Slemensky Jr., and one daughter, Deborah J. Raley, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Elsie Slemensky of Chicago Heights; and two grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
