MILWAUKEE -- The Las Vegas Thunder will attempt to break its four-game losing streak tonight at 5 in the Bradley Center, where it takes on the Milwaukee Admirals.
Las Vegas has been outscored 26-11 during its skid, and with its 24-18-3 record, enters the game tied with Utah for second place in the Southwest Division at 51 points. Houston, however, is just one point behind and hosts lowly Phoenix tonight.
Milwaukee, third in the Midwest Division at 22-19-4, won the first two of four meetings between the teams this season. The Admirals beat the Thunder 5-3 at the Thomas & Mack Center Jan. 14.
On the bench tonight will be new backup goaltender Igor Galkin, who was added to the roster Tuesday. Galkin, who comes from Flint of the Colonial Hockey League, will start Saturday in Kansas City.
To make room, the Thunder released Andrei Mezin.
