As a parent of two great kids, I wholeheartedly agree. The young citizens of the Silver State deserve better. I will be writing Gov. Bob Miller, who based 80 percent of his State of the State speech on children and explain to him that he now has an opportunity to put his money where his mouth is. Governor, if you read this letter, send some of my tax dollars down here to help these kids now.
