A transcript of the 911 call received at 5:49 p.m. on Feb. 19, alerting the Hillsborough County Sheriff Department to the slaying at the home of Lawrence Singleton:

Dispatcher: 911. What is your emergency?

Caller: Listen, we just went up to a house. Listen, we was lost and trying to find our directions. And we went up to the house and there was this guy inside this house and he was beating this woman inside the house.

Dispatcher: What was the address?

Caller: 7704 East 23rd Ave. That's in Orient Park. Okay?

Dispatcher: Okay.

Caller: Okay, now I don't know what the deal is, but, I, ... the person that lives in that house is the same guy that cut that girl's arms off, that 15-year-old in California.

Dispatcher: Okay, you want to give your last name, sir?

Caller: I don't want to because I know the people.

Dispatcher: Okay, sir, we'll get a deputy out there.

Caller: But, but, but it it it it's happening,okay?

Dispatcher: Okay, we'll get a deputy out there to 7704 23rd Avenue East.

Caller: Okay. Bye-bye.

Dispatcher: Okay, thanks. Bye-bye.
