Two arrested in protest during trade show

A group of about 50 or 60 union representatives were protesting inside the Las Vegas Convention Center about 11:30 a.m. when a police officer approached them and asked to speak to a spokesman.
A woman then threw a punch at the officer and several other protesters became disorderly, said Phil Roland, Metro Police spokesman.
Roland did not know what union the protestors represented.
The group is opposed to the use of nonunion labor by Pierless, a clothing manufacturer.
Pierless was introducing its new fall wardrobe at the Men's Apparel Guild In California trade show.
Mayra O'Campo, 25, of Las Vegas, was cited for disorderly conduct and Paul Pimentez, 23, was arrested for the same charge. James Grogan, 26, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery on a police officer.
Roland said Pimentez and Grogan were from out of state, but he did not know where.
The union representatives were told they can no longer protest inside the convention center.
