Gerald Dick, a dentist; his wife, Judy; their son, James Dick; and their daughter, Stacy Zehren, are expected to enter innocent pleas to felony charges today in Ramsey County District Court.
County Attorney Susan Gaertner said Tuesday night that additional charges could be filed after their investigation is completed.
Roseville Police Chief Paul Wood confirmed Tuesday that two of his officers spent two days in Nevada last week to interview Crystal Bledsoe, 35, who is serving a year in the Clark County Detention Center on a grand larceny conviction. She faces additional time in prison in a burglary case.
They also have talked to a Twin Cities woman, Laura Lane, whose nickname, "Cricket," popped up in the original police report.
The family is accused of using a personal shoplifter to acquire expensive items from a nearby Dayton's department store.
Authorities say a police sting in November caught the family in their home ordering the items from the shoplifter and an undercover Dayton's security officer posing as a janitor.
