8 a.m. - Assembly Judiciary on police diclosure of information, aid to crime victims, issuance of subpoenas.
8 a.m. - Senate Commerce and Labor hears from Public Service Commission on final electric industry restructuring proposal.
8 a.m. - Senate Finance budget hearing on Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety.
8 a.m. - Senate Judiciary on indictment notices, psychosexual evaluations of sex offenders, juvenile sex offenders returning to school.
11 a.m. - Senate, Assembly floor sessions.
1:30 - Senate Transportation on abandoned vehicles, driver's licenses without photographs, special license plates for Lake Tahoe Basin, lengths and loads of vehicles, vehicle insurance, drainage system for storm water at Stateline.
1:30 p.m. - Assembly Taxation on cities and counties using proceeds from property transfers for affordable housing.
1:30 p.m. - Assembly Transportation on vehicle dealer regulations and occupational licenses.
3:45 p.m. - Assembly Elections on recall elections by mail and additional duties for Legislative Counsel Bureau.
