Nominations needed for Mother of the Year
Saturday, Feb. 8, 1997 | 11:59 a.m.
The 27th annual awards ceremony will be 2 p.m. April 27 at the Gold Coast Ballroom.
Candidates must be residents of Clark County and will be recognized in a variety of categories for their achievements and those of their children.
Letters of nomination, detailing what they have done for their children, families, community and -- where applicable -- in their careers should be sent to:

Nominations must be submitted by April 7. Please include your name, address and phone number.
The Clark County Mother of the Year Awards Committee is a nonprofit group dedicated to honoring the "unsung heroes" of Clark County -- women who have made a difference in the lives of children, families and the community.
Past award categories have included: Education, Business, Military, Inspirational, Humanitarian, Volunteer, Nurturing and Enterprising.
