‘Imagine’ a dream come true concert

She formed a company called Dream Productions and hired a costumer to create original pieces for her "dream." Several years ago, while working in Tokyo, Ten Pas found that her costumer had contracted AIDS and all the money she had sent him was going to help him survive.
Ten Pas returned home, was able to gather all the fabric, sequins and designs and began to sew her own costumes after the death of her friend. She never gave up on her dream.
At 2 p.m. March 9, in the Flamingo Road Library Theater, Ten Pas will see her dream come true. Her musical production show, "Imagine," will benefit the children at St. Jude's Ranch for Children in Boulder.
She has hired various singers and dancers from local hotel productions, including emcee Eric Martin from "Legends in Concert." She will produce and direct the production, which will be choreographed by Michele Chovan and Karin T'Beau.
Tickets are $20 and may be ordered by calling St. Jude's at 294-7100 or writing P.O. Box 60100, Boulder City, NV 89006-0100. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If available, tickets will be sold at the box office on the day of the show.
St. Jude's expects to raise more than $7,000, which will be used to clothe and feed the children.
For more information, call Milli Clark, 294-7138.
