Nicholas L. Arillo, 19, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born June 22, 1978, in Paterson, N.J. A 16-year resident, he was a food handler at Carl's Jr.
He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Sharon Arillo, and one sister, Erika Arillo, and his grandfather, Nicholas Arillo, all of Las Vegas.
American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, handled arrangements.
STERLING J. BARJON
Sterling J. Barjon, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 28, 1928, in New Orleans. A two-year resident, he was a retired corrections officer and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; one son, Kier Barjon, and one daughter, Nicole Barjon, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Henry Barjon of New Orleans; one sister, Mildred Lanuzza of Los Angeles; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
MARY J. BAVISOTTO
Mary J. Bavisotto, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A 10-year resident, she was born Nov. 11, 1913, in Palermo, Sicily.
She is survived by two sons, Joseph and Russell, both of Las Vegas, one daughter, Frances Caligiuri of Buffalo, N.Y.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friday in Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
VEDA M. COSTELLO
Veda M. Costello of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born in Simpkin, Va. A 51-year resident, she was a beverage company owner-operator, a member of Spanish Trail Country Club, Home of the Good Shepherd, Catholic Daughters of the Americas and St. Jude's Ranch for Children.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmie; two sons, Richard Costello and Jamie Costello, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Edna Aulman of Morro Bay, Calif.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ernestine Louise Cressy, 71, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 19, 1926, in New Orleans. A 37-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Madeleine Andress of Las Vegas, Merle Hansen of Henderson and Marilyn Langston of Boulder City; one son, James Cressy Jr., and one sister, Mildred Dominguez, both of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-4 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Robert Fick, 78, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 15, 1919, in Chicago. An 11-year resident, he was a retired shipping clerk for a tool company.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadette; three sons, Ronald Fick and Raymond Fick, both of Las Vegas, and Richard Fick of Des Plaines, Ill.; one brother, Donald Fick of Chicago; and two grandchildren.

Wayne Arnold Gabehart, 64, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born May 17, 1933, in Illinois. A six-year resident, he was an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Geneva; four sons, Tim Gabehart, Tod Gabehart, Joseph Gabehart and Lee Muir; one daughter, Tammara Muir; three sisters, Phylis Grabski, Eloise Cole and Wilma Totel; and seven grandchildren.

Lee Ross Geller, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 27, 1921, in Fort Wayne, Ind. A three-year resident, he was a retired systems analyst for a pharmaceutical company and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Irene C.; two sons, Bruce Geller of Corvallis, Ore., and Paul Geller of Salt Lake City; one daughter, Pam Simmons of Salt Lake City; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Andrew Lutheran Church. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Leo Goldberg, 81, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 7, 1916, in Chicago. A four-year resident, he was a produce broker, an Army veteran and a member of the Jewish War Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Geri; one daughter, Lauren Grossman of Chicago; one son, Scott Goldberg of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sisters, Ruth Stein and Lucille Septon, both of Chicago; and four grandchildren.

Shirley May Holmes-Smith, 66, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 12, 1931, in Lehi, Utah. A 47-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Drake Smith and Andrew Smith, and one daughter, Sandra Lane, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Becky Shelly of St. George, Utah; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Saturday in Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens.

Roy Z. Ige, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born March 23, 1922, in Honolulu. A six-year resident, he was a retired manager of a sporting goods store and a member of Hawaiian Golf Club of Las Vegas.
He is survived by his wife, Edith; two sons, Wayne Ige and Ron Ige, both of Guam; two daughters, Lori Cochran and Kathleen Ige, both of Houston; one brother, Edmund Ige of Hawaii; four sisters, Haruko Ige of Hawaii, Evelyn Scholes of Las Vegas, Shirley Nambu of Los Angeles and Sue Oka of Torrance, Calif.; and 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Betty Johnson, 80, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 10, 1917, in Charleston, Maine. A seven-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Edward Johnson Jr.; and one daughter, Nancy L. Weedon.

Sylvia V. Massey, 85, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 15, 1912, in Elmhurst, N.Y. A one-year resident, she was a retired hospital registered nurse.
She is survived by one daughter, Anne M. Ponton of Fulton, N.Y.; one son, Thomas J. Massey of Valatie, N.Y.; one son-in-law, Alfred R. Wappaus of Holbrook, N.Y.; three sisters, Mary E. Zwart of New Port Richey, Fla., and Joanne E. Kuhlmann and Diane Comeau-Shattuck, both of North Las Vegas; one brother, Robert F. Comeau of Wallkill, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were 9:30 a.m. today in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. Graveside services were 11 a.m. today in Palm Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., handled arrangements.

DOROTHY JEAN NORCUTT
Dorothy Jean Norcutt, 75, of Henderson, died Monday in Henderson. She was born Dec. 24, 1922, in Allegan, Mich. A one-year resident, she was a 12-year clerk at the Covina Valley Unified School District.
She is survived by her husband, Charles M.; three sons, Charles Norcutt Jr. of Woburn, Mass., William Norcutt of Bedford, Texas, and Michael Norcutt of Arlington, Texas; one daughter, Sally Sharp of Oxnard, Calif.; one sister, Esther Brown of Newport Beach, Calif.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2121 Western Ave., Suite A-3, is handling arrangements.
JUDY LYNN NORMAN
Judy Lynn Norman, 34, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 12, 1963, in Flint, Mich. A 3 1/2-year resident, she was a correctional officer for Metro Police, an Army veteran and active in the Army Reserves.
She is survived by two daughters, Tiara Johnson and Brittany Tucker, and her parents, Janice and James Carter, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, Duane D. Tucker of Flint, Mich., and Keith V. Tucker and Craig E. Tucker, both of Las Vegas; and two sisters-in-law, Paula and Paula Sue, both of Las Vegas.

ISELA ROSA NUTT
Isela Rosa Nutt, 72, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born July 8, 1925, in Germany. A 31-year resident, she was a waitress at a golf course.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Waite of Las Vegas; three sisters, Erica Hammer and Irene Philipp, both of Germany, and Lore Starkey of Las Vegas; one brother, Heines Philipp of Germany; and five grandchildren.

Dorothy Mae Read, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 5, 1921, in Idaho. A 13-year resident, she was a dance instructor.

Rebecca Freeman Roy, 47, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 29, 1950, in Pampa, Texas. A 10-year resident, she was a home health-care respiratory therapist, a member of the American Lung Association, National Association of Medical Equipment and Supply, American Association of Respiratory Care, Nevada Society of Respiratory Care and Community Wide Education for Respiratory Ed.
She is survived by her husband, Joe; two sons, Jared Roy and Aaron Roy, both of Las Vegas; her parents, Dennis and Doris Gonzales of Albuquerque, N.M.; one sister, Janis Jo Tyler of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and one brother, J.J. Freeman of Los Lunas, N.M.

Frank Stanisz, 71, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born March 1, 1926, in Illinois. A nine-year resident, he was a retired government postal clerk and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Asia Gajderowicz of Chicago; one sister, Anna Rechula of Shamburg, Ill.; and one grandchild.

John J. Sucik, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 13, 1928, in Cudahy, Wis. A 33-year resident, he was a retired insurance investigator for SIIS.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two sons, John P. Sucik of Las Vegas and David A. Sucik of Shadow Hills, Calif.; two daughters, Susan Bell and Eve Pinto, and his mother, Anna Sucik, all of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled 2 p.m. until a 4 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
ALBERTA EMILY SUPINO
Alberta Emily Supino, 77, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. She was born March 30, 1920, in Amherst, Nova Scotia. A 43-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Alberta Yanke and Jackie Mason, and one brother, Warren Purches, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Mamie Buettner and Emily Crowder, both of Las Vegas, and Dorothy Ewald of Wasilla, Alaska; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Oleta A. Yoki, 72, of Amargosa Valley and Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 3, 1925, in Kansas. A 46-year resident, she was a bookkeeper and a charter and lifetime member of Forest H. Hansen Memorial Auxiliary Post 6826, Amargosa Valley.
She is survived by her husband, Walfred of Amargosa Valley; one son, Stephen Breer of Las Vegas; two daughters, Cynthia Ochoa of Las Vegas and Cathy Arentz of Henderson; four sisters, Rosalie Bieber, Bernice Childress and Erma Wulz, all of Kansas, and Frances Helms of Colorado; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
