Jack Getz, 52, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on murder with a deadly weapon charges following the 1:25 a.m. incident at 5875 S. Spencer St.
The name of the 18-year-old man found dead from gunshot wounds in the parking lot at that location was not released pending notification of relatives.
Getz flagged down officers at 11th and Fremont streets and told police he had been involved in a struggle with a man and he believed the man was dead.

Police said evidence at the scene was not consistent with Getz's statement.
