Kenneth P. Anderson, 74, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born April 3, 1923, in Provo, Utah. A 45-year resident, he was a retired refrigeration repairman for the Clark County School District.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene A.; two sons, Kenley Anderson and Glen Anderson, both of Las Vegas; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Saturday in the Arrowhead LDS Chapel in Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
RICHARD BARTLESON
Richard Bartleson, 61, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born April 8, 1936, in Scranton, Pa. A one-year resident, he was a jet mechanic and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sue M.; two sons, Gavin John Bartleson of Las Vegas and Jason Henley of Oregon; two daughters, Marnell Witte of Washington state, and Jessica Henley of Las Vegas; one brother, Robert Bartleson, and one sister, Sandy Boldger, both of California; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
SANDRA GOOSE
Sandra Goose, 77, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born May 20, 1920, in Detroit. A 20-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, David; three daughters, Elsa Weber of Fountain Valley, Calif., Andrea Herron of San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Laural Honig of Riverside, Calif.; three sons, Allen Goose of Diamond Bar, Calif., Bryan Goose of Clairmont, Calif., and Philip Goose of San Diego; two sisters, Faye Woll and Marcia Plain, both of Detroit; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were 1 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
FRANK GULLETT
Frank Gullett, 84, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 8, 1913, in Kentucky. A 26-year resident, he was an automobile mechanic.
He is survived by four daughters, Donna Rowe of Edgerton, Ohio, Irene Luoma of Pleasanton, Calif., Janice Zwerkowski of Modesto, Calif., and Sandra Imhausen of Yuma, Ariz.; two sons, Roger Gullett of Manteca, Calif., and James Gullett of Orick, Mo.; one sister, Mayme Wenger of Galena, Ohio; one brother, Earl Gullett of Ohio; 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Eden Vale Memorial Park. Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
DON HARDIGREE
Don Hardigree, 49, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born April 27, 1948, in Winder, Ga. A 7 1/2-year resident, he was a tenured associate professor at UNLV, chair of insurance, Department of Finance, a director of the Institute for Insurance and Risk Management, member of the Nevada Insurance Education Foundation and a member of the National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret; one daughter, Christian Hardigree of Las Vegas; and his father, Donald Hardigree, and one brother, Daniel Hardigree, both of Winder.
Services will be 3 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
TERESA HERNANDEZ
Teresa Hernandez, 55, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 30, 1942, in Mexico City. A three-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Nancy Alvarez of Las Vegas; six sisters, Amparo Hernandez, Dolores Hernandez and Anna Maria Hernandez, all of Mexico City, Juana Hernandez and Pilar Hernandez, both of Las Vegas, and Angelina Hernandez of Henderson; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in New Horizon Funeral Home, 2610 E. Lake Mead Blvd., North Las Vegas. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in New Horizon Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mexico.
ROBERT W. JAHN
Robert W. Jahn, 79, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local nursing home. He was born June 7, 1918, in Prescott, Ariz. An eight-year resident, he was a retired general superintendent for a construction company and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Mary L.; two sons, Robert W. Jahn Jr. of Park City, Utah, and William W. Jahn of Big Bear, Calif.; one daughter, Dyane Eddie of Las Vegas; three stepdaughters, Sharon Singleton, Ardythe Collins and Sandy Schenck; one stepson, Ron Singleton; one sister, Margaret John; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. services Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
SUZANNE J. JUDKINS
Suzanne J. Judkins, 37, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. She was born Jan. 14, 1960, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a beautician in the Stardust hotel-casino wardrobe department.
She is survived by one daughter, Jamie Judkins, her mother and stepfather, Alice and Robert Henderson, and one sister, Janet Standley, all of Las Vegas; and one brother, Brian Callier of Yakima, Wash.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Erick King Jr., 34, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Henderson. A road manager for Evelyn Champayne-King and Chaka Khan, he was born June 1, 1963, in the Bronx, N.Y.
He is survived by one daughter, Danielle Evelyn King of Dumont, N.J.; four brothers, Deltorro King of Gainesville, Texas, Johnny King of North Bergen, N.J., and Alan King and Kenneth King, both of Decatur, Ga.; two sisters, Wanda King of Hackensack, N.J., and Evelyn King-Fox of Studio City, Calif.

GRETA D. LAWRENCE
Greta D. Lawrence, 59, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A two-year resident, she was born Feb. 23, 1938, in Indonesia.
She is survived by three daughters, Maria Towle of Las Vegas, Jeanette Miranian of Palmdale, Calif., and Linda Tygrett of Amissville, Va.; one son, Eddie Rhemrey of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service was 11 a.m. today in Central Christian Church, 3415 S. Mojave Road. Burial will be in California. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
CARL M. LINDSAY
Carl M. Lindsay, 65, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 10, 1932, in Fostoria, Mich. A four-year resident, he was a retired Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Anna A.; three sons, Steve Lindsay of San Diego and Michael Lindsay and Bradley Lindsay, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; five daughters, Annie Banks and Christine Hillery, both of San Diego, and Thelma Hill, Roberta Hill and Melissa Lindsay, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Duane Lindsay of Flint, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until a 4 p.m. service Friday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be in Michigan.
CARMELLA J. PINTAVALLE
Carmella J. Pintavalle, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 17, 1919, in Illinois. An 11-year resident, she was a retired motel manager.
She is survived by one brother, Anthony Pintavalle of Las Vegas.

Esperanza Pomar, 85, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born June 27, 1912, in Cuba. A five-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Martha Fernandez of Las Vegas; one son, Ivan Mederos of Miami; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Jannette Riley, 95, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local convalescent center. She was born July 15, 1902, in Philadelphia. An eight-year resident, she was a retired clothing saleswoman.
She is survived by one daughter, Ruth McGuinness of Las Vegas; three sons, Harvey Riley and Daniel Riley, both of Ocean City, N.J., and Raymond Riley of Las Vegas; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 2 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
DOROTHY M. RUPPERT
Dorothy M. Ruppert, 67, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 24, 1930, in Fayetteville, Ark. A 12-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph P.; one daughter, Katherine Paulette Elder of Amber, Okla.; one son, John P. Ruppert of Friendswood, Texas; one sister, Fern Jackson of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-6 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Calvary Community Church, followed by graveside services in Memory Gardens.

Alfred E. Shilman, 86, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 31, 1911, in Baltimore. A 20-year resident, he was an analyst for the postal service.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia; and one son, Barry M. Shilman of California.

Elmer F. Sielaff, 69, of Indian Springs died Monday in Indian Springs. He was born Sept. 25, 1928, in Zanesville, Ohio. A 13-year resident, he was an automotive mechanic and a veteran of the Merchant Marines.
He is survived by his wife, Alvina; and his mother, Ruth Hale Knecht of Lincoln, Ill.

LILLIAN R. STEIF
Lillian R. Steif, 63, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 11, 1934, in East Orange, N.J. A 15-year resident, she was a homemaker and a member of the Knights Lady of Las Vegas.
She is survived by her husband, Edward; one daughter, Lillian Meskowitz of Newton, N.J.; two sons, Edward Stief Jr. and Michael Stief, both of Denver; four sisters, Marie Murphy of Union, N.J., Carol Davis of Belleville, N.J., Ellen Britting of Las Vegas and Marlene Barrett of West Caldwell, N.J.; three brothers, Arthur Raab of Las Vegas, Richard Raab of Denver and James Raab of Lawrence Harbor, N.J.; her beloved friend, Ed Mangan of Las Vegas; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until a 6 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Family Catholic Church. Graveside services will be private. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

William A. Stewart, 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born March 24, 1929, in Toronto. A 30-year resident, he was a retired newspaper pressman.
He is survived by his wife, Lois; four daughters, Susan Bull, Cheryl Forte and Bonnie Seubert, all of Las Vegas, and Patti Gottschalk of McAlpin, Fla.; two sons, Billy Stewart and Tim Stewart, both of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Richard G. Towns, 78, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 23, 1919, in Michigan. A three-year resident, he owned an alarm company and was a member of the Royal Arch Masons of California, Lions Club and Optimist Club and was a ham radio operator.
He is survived by his wife, Celia; three daughters, Susan Gould of Portland, Ore., Patricia Towns of Novato, Calif., and Debra Helton of Canyon Country, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Ledia Ann Afonien of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Jacqueline Bruzenak of Sacramento, Calif.; two stepsons, John Afonien of Provo, Utah, and Gregory Afonien of Anaheim, Calif.; one sister, Elizabeth Newton of Michigan; and five grandchildren.
Private services were arranged by Davis Paradise Funeral Home.

Carl M. Wick, 92, of Boulder City died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born March 16, 1905, in Iowa. An eight-year resident, he was a retired bank manager.
He is survived by his wife, Emma; one stepson, Ronald Delabarre of Boulder City; and one sister, Dorothy Koester of Waynesville, Mo.
