StumbleMan arrested on arson charge in motel fire

Fire investigators arrested Gerald Allan Mallegni, 49, for the fire that caused minor damage to the Imperial Motel in the downtown area.
Two occupants of the motel escaped through a back window when the fire damaged outside doors.
Fire investigators believe a domestic dispute with a woman staying in one of the motel rooms prompted the fire. Firefighters quickly doused the blaze, which caused an estimated $5,000 damage.
