StumbleSecond man charged in death of California woman

Las Vegas police arrested Phillip W. Souza, 23, Wednesday and booked him into the Clark County Detention Center in the July 22 death of Mildred Prunier, 68. Arthur Garrison, 33, was already arrested the day following the killing after being shot in the arm trying to flee police.
Ms. Prunier was driving from Cedar City, Utah, to her home in Whittier and stopped in Las Vegas, where she stayed overnight at a motel on Boulder Highway.
