Peter Boynton, president of ITT's Caesars World Inc. subsidiary that owns the DI, said Koster's "extensive experience and commitment to quality service ... will help us achieve our objective of transforming The Desert Inn into the only Five Star-Five Diamond hotel-casino in the world."
Koster has held management positions with ITT Sheraton in Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and the United States.
