Ormsby manager’s fight reported to Gaming Control Board

"It's very embarrassing and an unfortunate thing," said Ormsby chief executive Bruce Dewing, who said he told his lawyer to call the board on Monday and report Dewing's weekend fight with Jimmie Yered, .

"I've played for the best of the best," said Yered, drummer and band leader. "I've even played in topless lounges and I've never seen this type of behavior. It's just poor business management."

The fight occurred after Yered was told his band's two-week contract was being terminated a week early.

"It's so thin now with the Chapter 11 (bankruptcy status), I can't afford to have an act in here that's harming our business," Dewing said.
