This is a thank-you on behalf of all the racing greyhounds to all those who helped me in my efforts to outlaw greyhound racing: veterinarians (especially Dr. David Henderson), Wild Oats, Petco, the dedicated staff of Henderson Animal Control, as well as the Henderson City Council and the other city councils throughout Clark County, and Janice Gebur with Greyhound Friends for Life, who was a great help to me in many, many ways.
I would like to give a special thank-you to County Commissioner Bruce Woodbury and his dedicated secretary Joline, who were most helpful to me; and to Assemblywoman Gene Segerblom for introducing the bill, and Joyce, her most patient secretary.
