Letter: Drastic changes must be made in Nevada pool industry

But that's OK. We all make mistakes sometimes.

The "game" of getting a pool built is ridiculous, and the whole industry needs a good looking at. Obviously, some drastic changes need to be made. Yes, we are one of "the fools" who were having a pool built by Mirage. At least we are being made to feel like fools for choosing the "wrong" pool company.

Randall Simmons and the likes of him need to be put out and, more important, kept out of business.

Assembly Bill 512 would have helped filter out some of the so-called pool builders and allowed the better companies to do their job with honesty.
