Same thing regarding the smog test. You live here and you pay here. I feel that anyone who works in this town should get a smog test, regardless of where they live. They pollute the air working here and driving around the city every day, just as we do.
Same thing with auto tags. Everyone who has a job in this state should get plates and contribute their share if they are going to use our streets to drive on.
