* WILD HORSES -- SB293, Natural Resources. Requires appointment of person to manage activities of division of agriculture pertaining to wild horses and estrays. To Natural Resources.
* RECORDS -- SB294, Human Resources and Facilities. Authorizes disclosure of financial records of postsecondary educational institution. To Human Resources and Facilities.
* SHOOTING RANGES -- SB296, Schneider. Requires compensation for cost of relocating a shooting range situated on property taken by eminent domain. To Judiciary.
* BUSINESS -- SB297, Judiciary. Makes various changes to business groups concerning their organization, operation and mergers. To Judiciary.
* HORSES -- SB298, Titus. Makes it unlawful to trip or fell a horse by the legs for entertainment or sport. To Natural Resources.
* SECURITY OFFICERS -- SB299, Titus. Regulates employment of security officers, requires them to wear badges and apply for registration card. To Commerce and Labor.
* WATER -- SB302, Adler. Authorizes board for financing water projects to accept and distribute money, land, equipment and other appropriation from the federal government. To Natural Resources.
* CABS -- SB303, Transportation. Revises the authority of Taxicab Authority to limit hours of service of taxis. To Transportation.
* REVENUES -- SB305, Taxation. Revises provisions governing the calculation of the limitation upon revenue from property taxes for local governments. To Taxation.
* ACUPUNCTURE -- SB307, Commerce and Labor. Makes changes to provisions governing acupuncture. To Commerce and Labor.

* LOW-INCOME HOUSING -- AB373, Taxation. Repeals property tax exemptions for low-income residents who get federal aid. To Taxation.
* BUILDING PROJECTS -- AB374, Hettrick, others. Requires proposed capital improvement projects to include two-year estimated operation and maintenance costs in their budgets. To Government Affairs.
