Poisoning the birds cruel assault on our wildlife
Friday, April 11, 1997 | 11:59 a.m.
I have noticed the corn is of such small size that even small birds -- not only pigeons eat it. Over the months I have noticed that most all birds have decreased in numbers. The pigeons I notice were greatly depleted. Take this hypothetical situation for instance. Billions of locust came to the Las Vegas Valley and millions of birds came to eat them.
Let us get aroused and let the mayor and the City Council know how you feel about the loss of the "birds."
