StumbleLetter: Veterans benefits cut off on month before their death

I think we all need to write to our congressmen and get this law changed so they prorate it instead. Social Security works the same way. This doesn't make sense to me, and I don't think a lot of people know about it until they're faced with it. It's time we speak out to get this law changed for both Social Security and VA.
