She is survived by her husband, Thomas; one daughter, Shellene Johnson of Taylors Falls, Minn.; two sons, Scott Johnson of Center City, Minn., and Kyle Johnson of Shafer, Minn.; her mother, Amy Madden of Bloomington, Minn.; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
