Donald Leroy Hogan, 29, was sentenced on Monday by U.S. District Judge David Hagen.
Prosecutors argued that Hogan was a leader in the illegal drug ring that funneled more than 49 pounds of cocaine to Northern Nevada from 1989 to 1994.
In all, 21 people were arrested and convicted.
