"Playing, congregating, recreational activity, skating, sunbathing and similar activities as defined by the Board of Directors is not allowed on any grass, sidewalk, street, driveway or other common areas of Forest Hills other than the common areas of the pool and tennis courts. Any activities within the pool and tennis court areas shall be in accord with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and all Rules and Regulations."
