‘Strut Your Mutt’ this weekend

Contests will include Silly Dog Tricks, Mutt Maze, Dress Your Dog, Howl and the Moon, Puppy Love, Best Costume, Dog/Owner Look-alike, Hot Dog Fetch and Best Belly Scratcher.

A mutt king, queen, prince and princess will be crowned at the conclusion of the event. The Sight Hound racing dogs, Canine Companion and Metro K-9 Unit dogs will provide demonstrations. In addition, there will be a number of booths featuring animal rescue organizations, dog clubs and pet-care products.

The entry fee is $3 per participant and $1 or can/bag of pet food per spectator.
