He is survived by one son, Donald Williams of Henderson; one sister, Bernice Phillips of Inglewood, Calif.; and two brothers, Ruel Williams of Hope, Ark., and Louis Williams of Flint, Mich.
Visitation is scheduled from 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
