She is survived by her husband, Richard; one son, Jeff, and three daughters, Jill Warren, Cheryl Royal and Sandra, all of Las Vegas; six brothers, Royal Phelps of Fernley, Odell Phelps of Salt Lake City, Tom Phelps and David George, both of Las Vegas, David Phelps of Bountiful, Utah, and Hardy Phelps of Window Rock, Ariz.; two sisters, Patsy Leavitt and Christie Breeden, both of Las Vegas; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one half hour prior to 11 a.m. services Thursday in the Mesa Vista Ward, Galleria Chapel-Relief Society Room. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
