The indictments follow a December 1995 federal probe that resulted in the apprehension of 400 people in a nationwide crackdown on suspected illegal telemarketers.
The latest indictments charge Anthony Joseph Heverly, 31; Lewis Edward Martin, 27; Eugene Leon Wiler, 45; and Bartlett Beardslee Chamberlain IV, 27, with wire fraud and aiding and abetting.
The indictment alleges that Martin and Heverly offered rewards of a new car and other prizes if victims would send in a fee ranging from $1,500 to $4,500.
Wiler's indictment alleges he solicited money for a "say No to Drugs" campaign that did not exist.
Chamberlain, meanwhile, was charged with conning people who had already sent money to telemarketers out of more money by promising he would get their original investments back.
