He is survived by three sisters, Beryl Marchment of Corona, Calif., Velma June Vita of Henderson, and Thelma Permelia Balough of West Covina, Calif.; and two brothers, Bobby Gene Amos of Las Vegas, and Leonard Amos of Gila Bend, Ariz.
Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
